We produce your projects offsite in our workshops. This allows us to create your housing units flawlessly and without being affected by external conditions.
At MBS, we produce the timber frame elements accurately, ensuring everything fits seamlessly during assembly. We apply insulation, water, and airtightness to the timber frame elements in our workshop as standard, so this does not need to be done on the construction site. Additionally, there is the possibility to add plasterboard, external joinery, and/or cladding to the timber frame elements in the workshop.
In short, with our offsite production method, we minimize the construction time on the site.
