New headquarter with warehouse for "de Buitenwinkel Bever" in Pijnacker Nl.
On June 10, 2024, Machiels Building Solutions started the construction for the new headquarters of Bever/A.S. Adventure in Pijnacker. In line with its sustainability ambitions, Bever Vastgoed has opted for a sustainable new building. The 3600 m² structure will be realized using a hybrid construction (Concrete/Steel/Timber Frame/CLT) with high fire resistance and safety. The new headquarters will feature a facade made of thermally modified structural wood. Machiels Building Solutions is a partner in the construction of this environmentally friendly timber-frame building, thus helping to minimize the ecological footprint.
