Showcase home for the expansion of the Boschmolenplas holiday park
Nestled in the heart of Limburg’s ‘Green Heart’ lies Resort Boschmolenplas, a unique holiday park on the Maasplassen where tranquillity, space and nature take centre stage.
Commissioned by Zuyderborgh BV, Machiels Building Solutions constructed a new demonstration holiday home for the resort. The property was fully prefabricated using timber-frame construction and assembled on site to be wind- and watertight.
Thanks to this sustainable and efficient construction method, new holiday homes can be built quickly, to a high standard and with minimal impact on the surrounding environment. Prefabricated timber construction thus offers a flexible solution for the further expansion of holiday parks.
