In the idyllic setting of the Hoogstraat in Genk, Som Project proudly realised the impressive Residentie Sliehaeg. This residence consists of 17 unique timber-frame houses that together form a
beautiful whole. What makes this project extra special is the application of a modular construction method with high-quality 2D building elements.For the construction of Residence Sliehaeg, materials of the highest quality were chosen. Limburg bricks, cedar wood and white plaster contribute to the appearance and strength of this complex. These carefully selected materials are not only aesthetically attractive, but also durable and require minimal maintenance.
Through the use of modular 2D construction elements, each home in Residence Sliehaeg custom-designed and built, giving each house has its own unique features. This innovative construction method not only provides flexibility and creative freedom, but also ensures efficiency in the construction process and high-quality construction.
