Landal Résidence ’t Hof van Haamstede celebrates grand reopening after extensive renovation
After a complete renovation of both the park and its holiday homes, Landal Résidence ’t Hof van Haamstede has officially reopened. This marks the successful completion of an intensive five-month renovation period. The holiday park, beautifully located on the coast of Schouwen-Duiveland, is now fully prepared for the future.
The park in Burgh-Haamstede first opened its doors in 2005 and has recently entered its third decade. Despite consistently high guest ratings, the time had come for a qualitative and sustainable upgrade.
Commissioned by the main contractor, Roggeband, Groep Fraanje, Machiels Building Solutions demolished 11 holiday homes and rebuilt them completely. The new homes are wind- and watertight, constructed with timber frame elements, contributing to a sustainable and energy-efficient future.
With this major renovation, Landal Résidence ’t Hof van Haamstede is ready for many more decades of holidays on the Zeeland coast.
