La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de logement social Nieuw Dak\u00a0y r\u00e9nove deux immeubles de 32 appartements dans le quartier Driehoeven. Les logements restent occup\u00e9s pendant les travaux. Le montage rapide sans \u00e9chafaudages et l\u2019approche \u2018nuisances r\u00e9duites\u2019 propres \u00e0 MBS d\u00e9montrent donc toute leur efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/machielsbuildingsolutions.be\/sites\/default\/files\/mbs-azalealaan.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class='wp-block-paragraph'>Comme les habitants occupent leur appartement durant la r\u00e9novation, il faut une pr\u00e9paration minutieuse des travaux. La construction \u00e0 ossature bois se pr\u00eate \u00e0 merveille \u00e0 ce genre de mission. Car MBS peut pr\u00e9parer compl\u00e8tement chaque panneau dans son hall de production \u2014\u00a0en ce compris les ch\u00e2ssis, l\u2019isolation et la finition ext\u00e9rieure. \u00a0Ces travaux se d\u00e9roulant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, leur planning n\u2019est pas influenc\u00e9 par les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de fa\u00e7ade quittent le hall de production pr\u00eats \u00e0 poser.\nLivr\u00e9s pr\u00eats \u00e0 l\u2019emploi\nLes panneaux arrivent sur le chantier dans le bon ordre. Chaque module est alors mont\u00e9 par nos propres collaborateurs dans le d\u00e9lai le plus court possible. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration minutieuse et au planning serr\u00e9, les nuisances pour les habitants des logements sociaux demeurent limit\u00e9es au minimum.\u00a0 Ce qui \u00e9vite un probl\u00e8me logistique : dans les projets traditionnels de r\u00e9novation, il faut souvent h\u00e9berger les habitants ailleurs pendant la dur\u00e9e des travaux. Pour les logements sociaux de l\u2019Azalealaan, la construction \u00e0 ossature bois rend un tel d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement temporaire superflu.\nR\u00e9nover des ensembles de logements sociaux avec la construction \u00e0 ossature bois \nFilip Vercauteren (MBS) voit deux avantages d\u00e9terminants \u00e0 la construction \u00e0 ossature bois pour la r\u00e9novation d\u2019ensembles de logements sociaux.\nTout d\u2019abord la\u00a0pr\u00e9fabrication : \u00ab\u00a0Chez MBS, nous avons le personnel, les machines et l\u2019espace de production pour pr\u00e9fabriquer de mani\u00e8re industrielle des fa\u00e7ades \u00e0 ossature bois \u00e9tanches \u00e0 l\u2019air et \u00e0 l\u2019eau. \u00a0Nous respectons pour ce faire des prescriptions et r\u00e8gles strictes. Ainsi, le montage sur chantier se d\u00e9roule encore plus rapidement.\u00a0\u00bb\nEnsuite, travailler de la sorte permet de construire sans \u00e9chafaudages : \u00ab\u00a0Ne pas devoir placer d\u2019\u00e9chafaudages fait gagner beaucoup de temps et d\u2019argent. Une grue suffit. Celle-ci hisse les panneaux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019emplacement voulu, o\u00f9 nos monteurs vissent chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment en place de mani\u00e8re rapide et durable. La pr\u00e9paration minutieuse garantit que les panneaux se raccordent parfaitement les uns aux autres.
